As a Security Officer - CRE Patrol Unarmed in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and engaging with tenants and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. This position is a driving post, so you will operate a company or site vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will also utilize technology, such as computers or tablets, to document activities and communicate with your team. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards in and around the premises.
• Work in varying environments and conditions as required by the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding any concerns or incidents observed during the shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• State, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
