As a Security Professional - CRE Unarmed Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be responsible for conducting regular patrols throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. Your visible presence and proactive approach contribute to a secure environment, while your excellent customer service skills allow you to respond to inquiries and assist individuals as needed. This position requires you to operate a vehicle as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will also utilize technology such as computers or tablets to document your activities and communicate with team members. What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification as required, and maintaining a secure environment for tenants and visitors.
• Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff, providing assistance as needed while representing Allied Universal.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with site and company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Applicants should be comfortable using a computer or tablet; this is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
