As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol Full-Time in North Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a dynamic retail or mall location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and being a reassuring presence for both visitors and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to questions and concerns with professionalism and care. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to upholding Allied Universal's values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing appropriate emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency personnel when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
