As a Security Officer Aero Defense Patrol in El Segundo, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment within a leading aerospace and defense location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, providing a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. This position is primarily focused on driving, so you will spend much of your shift operating a vehicle throughout the premises, responding to calls, and observing for unusual activity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• This position is primarily a driving post, so applicants must be comfortable with and able to perform driving-related duties as a core function of the role.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
