As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrols in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an essential role in helping to create a secure environment at a dynamic location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols of assigned areas, staying visible throughout your shift to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be a key point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, always demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills. In this role, you will utilize technology such as computers or tablets to support access control and maintain accurate records, contributing to the overall security-related operations of the site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
