As a Security Professional Access Control in Everett, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure and welcoming environment at your assigned location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and responding to questions or concerns with professionalism and care. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
