As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for people and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, monitoring access points, and being a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including both the interior and exterior perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
• Observe and report any suspicious behaviors, security-related concerns, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives.
• Assist with controlling access to designated areas, verifying credentials as required, and monitoring for compliance with site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergencies by following established protocols and providing guidance to employees and visitors as appropriate.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences encountered while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
