As a Security Professional - CRE Patrols Full-Time in Brooklyn, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff. You will act as a reliable point of contact, responding to situations as they arise and assisting with any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter, observing for any unusual activity and helping to deter potential security-related issues.
• Document and report any incidents, observations, or irregularities according to Allied Universal policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining a visible presence on the property.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and client staff to address security-related concerns and situations as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
