As a Security Officer Unarmed Aero Patrol in BOULDER, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

As a member of the Allied Universal team in the aerospace and defense location, you will serve as an unarmed patrol officer, responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter potential security-related incidents, and you will be expected to conduct routine patrols while remaining approachable and visible to those in the area. This position requires driving as part of your regular duties. You will also be called upon to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to clients, visitors, and staff. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns within the location.
• Assist with controlling access points and verifying identification as required by site policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Complete required documentation and reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
• Participate in site-specific training and follow all protocols established for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
