As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting the security-related needs of a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and assisting team members and visitors with outstanding customer service. You will be relied upon to observe and report any unusual activity, respond to incidents as needed, and communicate clearly with both internal staff and external contacts. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance concerns according to established procedures.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering and/or exiting the premises.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Remain alert to potential hazards or security-related concerns specific to the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
