As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing clear information and assistance to all who enter the facility. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, as you will interact with a diverse group of people throughout your shift. This position requires a valid driver's license in the state where you work, as driving responsibilities are part of the role. Pay Rate: $19.16 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner at the front desk area.
• Maintain logs and/or records of visitors, deliveries, and other front desk activities as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with individuals entering or exiting the location, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Assist with security-related emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access or activities at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located is required for driving positions only.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
