As a Security Officer - Logistics Site Patrol in Clearwater, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution setting, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment for our client's operations. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and protect assets within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents or potential concerns.
• Assist with emergency response activities as required by the site and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
