Job Description:

As a Security Professional - Financial Site Patrol - Full Time in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a financial institution location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols of the premises, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
• Follow post orders and instructions specific to the location, maintaining awareness of access points and sensitive areas within the financial institution.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as needed, and interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Maintain clear and accurate written records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
