As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to maintain a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, staying visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and serving as a helpful resource for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will be counted on to respond to incidents calmly and professionally, while also providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding incidents and daily activities as required.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points to help to deter unauthorized access to the premises.
• Document all incidents and security-related activities in accordance with company and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
