As a Security Officer - Dispatch - Full Time in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting government operations by monitoring and coordinating security-related activities at a dynamic location. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, dispatching personnel, and maintaining detailed records to help to deter incidents and support a secure environment. You will interact with team members and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. This position requires driving as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the location.
• Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, relaying information to appropriate Allied Universal staff and/or local authorities.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions related to security-related matters.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related personnel to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain order within the location.
• Support emergency response activities by communicating vital information and instructions to relevant parties.
• Conduct regular checks of communication equipment to help to maintain operational readiness.

Minimum Requirements:

• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
