As a Security Professional - - Financial Site Patrol - Full Time in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with resolution as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe for any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, reporting findings according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control processes, verifying credentials and directing visitors as required by site policies.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
