Job Description:

As a Security Officer - Commercial Real Estate Patrol - Full Time in Baltimore, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for staff, visitors, and tenants. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, providing a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will build positive relationships through exceptional customer service and clear communication, supporting the community atmosphere of the location. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to occupants and visitors.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related concerns and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
