As a Cleared Security Officer - Armed Patrol Aero in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Monitor access points and/or restricted areas, verifying credentials and reporting any suspicious activity as required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences during the shift.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate concerns or observations related to security-related matters.
• Carry and responsibly handle authorized firearms in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing training and/or drills to remain prepared for emergency response situations relevant to an aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
• Must possess a Level III Armed Certification if required by the state of Texas.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions, and applicants must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
