As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. Your presence will be highly visible, offering reassurance to employees and visitors while promoting a secure environment. You will interact with a diverse team, responding to situations as they arise and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires driving company vehicles as part of your patrol responsibilities, allowing you to cover various areas of the site efficiently. Pay Rate: $22.66 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the overall security-related needs of the site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site representatives regarding incidents, emergencies, or other noteworthy events as directed.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the location, adapting to the unique environment of a manufacturing and industrial setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid Emergency Medical Technician certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements for driving positions.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred, in accordance with state and/or local regulations.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
