As a Security Professional - Resort Patrols in Las Vegas, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a hotel or resort location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will interact with guests and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to address concerns and offer assistance. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the hotel or resort location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and suspicious behavior.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, hotel staff, and emergency responders as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports according to Allied Universal standards.
• Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate and as directed by site leadership.
• Support a welcoming environment by providing directions and general assistance to guests and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
