As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment across dynamic education and commercial real estate locations. Your responsibilities include conducting regular patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone you encounter. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or breaches.
• Observe and report any irregularities, including property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential problems and provide reassurance to staff, visitors, and tenants.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.
• Complete detailed reports and logs of activities, incidents, and/or irregularities as required by site procedures.
• Follow all site-specific post orders and Allied Universal policies while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
