Job Description:

As a Security Professional - Bank Location - Unarmed Post in Irving, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions and more .

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal assigned to a financial institution location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment. In this unarmed patrol role, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents while providing a reassuring presence to employees and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, responding to alarms, and assisting with security-related matters as they arise. You will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times, reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, and integrity. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points within the financial institution.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while representing Allied Universal.
• Document and maintain detailed records of security-related incidents, patrols, and activities as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to provide proof as required by the client.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
