Job Description:

As a Security Professional - Media Facility Patrol in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal assigned to a leading technology-focused location, you will play a vital role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the site. Your responsibilities include monitoring access points, supporting access control procedures, and assisting with badge verification, all while providing outstanding customer service to employees and visitors. You will be expected to use technology such as computers or tablets to document incidents and communicate with your team. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the tech and media location, including both business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to established protocols.
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports as required by the site and Allied Universal standards.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related needs and provide support as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• CPR certification or First Aid is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
