As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment within a dynamic healthcare location. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location, including appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or conditions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and first responders to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to support a secure and welcoming healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
