As a Security Professional - Logistics Site - Morning Shift in Goodyear, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play an important role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a logistics and distribution location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols across the site, remaining highly visible to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and acting as a reliable point of contact for employees and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will spend a significant portion of your shift patrolling the premises by vehicle, responding quickly to requests, and providing support wherever needed. You will also have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and a professional presence. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both the business interior and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials as required, and helping to maintain authorized entry.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency response activities, following all site-specific instructions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and any security-related activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve primarily driving and in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
