As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading location in the food and beverage industry, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the facility. Your responsibilities will include monitoring assigned areas, interacting with employees and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service while supporting a secure environment. Pay Rate: $18.25 - $19.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage facility to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and deliveries as required by site policies.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
