As a Security Officer - Financial Site in Louisville, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment at a food and beverage location. Your responsibilities will include regularly patrolling assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to all individuals on site. You will be a reliable presence, assisting with access control and supporting the smooth flow of daily operations. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location, particularly in areas related to food and beverage operations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while on patrol.
• Assist with access control, verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site-specific policies.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or activities as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
