As a Security Guard - Energy Site - Morning Shift in Holland, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment at the assigned location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, staying highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and interacting with individuals on site to provide outstanding customer service. You will be a key point of contact for questions, concerns, or incidents, and your professionalism will reflect the Allied Universal values of agility, reliability, and innovation. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
