As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in promoting a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the facility, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that may arise. You will also be expected to interact professionally with personnel on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication at all times. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs observed during patrols within the facility and surrounding areas.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and law enforcement as needed to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
