As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment within a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and engaging with personnel and visitors to provide outstanding customer service. This position is primarily a driving post, requiring you to navigate the property and monitor various areas from a vehicle. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at logistics and distribution locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and observe any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and loading areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the smooth flow of operations.
• Report and document incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Communicate with site personnel and/or visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to address security-related matters and support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements; driving experience is preferred for primarily driving posts.
• A valid Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
