As a Security Professional - Auto Facility Patrol in Fremont, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within an innovative automotive location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols of assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone on site. You will interact with employees, visitors, and contractors, responding to inquiries and assisting with access control and badge procedures as needed. Your ability to communicate clearly and remain approachable will contribute to a positive atmosphere. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or activities as outlined in site protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, visitors, and team members while on duty.
• Document incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possession of a Guard Card or security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
