As a Security Professional - Distribution Site Patrol - Full Time in Whiteland, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting a secure environment at a leading logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols throughout the facility, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond promptly to any situations that arise. Your responsibilities include monitoring assigned areas, interacting with staff and visitors, and providing outstanding customer service through clear and professional communication. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and/or address potential issues.
• Monitor access points and observe activities to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious behavior within the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed to address security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
