As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and assisting individuals as they enter the facility, verifying credentials, and providing clear information and directions. You will help to deter security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring access points, all while delivering exceptional customer service. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist employees, visitors, and/or guests at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and helping to deter unauthorized entry in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and/or incident reports as required by the site.
• Communicate promptly and clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Support security-related procedures and protocols specific to a technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with directions or information relevant to the location.
• Remain alert to unusual activity or potential security-related concerns at the front desk and report observations according to site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
