As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading technology location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing a welcoming presence while helping to deter security-related incidents. You will utilize your communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and assist with any security-related concerns that may arise. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, providing a professional and welcoming presence.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification and credentials, helping to maintain authorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of visitor and employee activity, as well as any security-related incidents.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to the unique needs of a technology-focused environment.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or lockdowns when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
