As a Security Professional- Telecom Dispatch in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will play a crucial role in supporting security-related operations by coordinating communication and response efforts. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security systems, managing access control, and dispatching personnel to various areas as needed. You will help to deter incidents by maintaining a strong presence and providing clear, professional communication with both team members and visitors. What You’ll Do:

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
  • Monitor and coordinate communications for the site, dispatching personnel as needed to address security-related concerns.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of all calls, incidents, and dispatch activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of emergency response efforts and/or drills as required by site policies.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with on-site personnel, visitors, and external emergency responders as needed.
  • Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with field personnel and relaying information as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
