As a Security Professional- Media Screener in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more .

As a SCREENER in a dynamic Tech, Media, and Telecom location, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, and remaining highly visible to provide a reassuring presence. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication, assisting individuals as needed and responding promptly to any security-related concerns. This position requires driving as part of your duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Screen individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of employees, visitors, and contractors as required by site protocols.
• Document and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents according to established procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and/or emergencies.
• Maintain a professional presence while interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
