As a Security Officer - CRE Site Dispatch in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a commercial real estate environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring communications, coordinating responses to incidents, and maintaining detailed records to help to deter potential security-related issues. You will be the central point of contact for both on-site personnel and external partners, providing clear and timely information to support a secure environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed throughout the commercial real estate location.
• Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and requests for assistance, maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related staff to respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Provide customer service by communicating professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities by relaying information and instructions to appropriate personnel.
• Support regular and random patrols by tracking and directing security-related staff around the business and perimeter as required by site protocols.
• Maintain awareness of site activities and report any unusual or suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
