As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol in Corsicana, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a bustling retail location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. This is an armed post, requiring you to carry and maintain the appropriate certifications. You will also interact with customers and staff, providing exceptional service and clear communication while upholding the values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability that define Allied Universal. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and judgment to address issues as they arise.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site procedures.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to any security-related situation that may occur within the retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
• Possess a valid Level III Armed Certification for Texas roles.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
