As a Security Officer - - Manufacturing Site Patrol - Full Time in Waddell, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in access control, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, and remaining highly visible to promote a sense of security. You will also interact with staff and guests, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to any security-related concerns. This post is primarily driving, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises in a vehicle as needed. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized personnel and visitors.
• Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with security-related inquiries and directions.
• Carry out security-related procedures and follow site-specific policies to help maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities as required by site procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations or other site-specific protocols.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post, so driving experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
