As a Security Professional - Retail Patrol in Bonita Springs, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls and more .

As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in access control and security-related functions at a bustling retail and mall location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entrances and exits, conducting routine patrols throughout the property, and maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related incidents. You will interact with visitors, tenants, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to Allied Universal procedures.
• Work collaboratively with location management, tenants, and/or law enforcement as needed to address security-related matters.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
