As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site Patrol in Corpus Christi, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the facility, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and monitoring access points to support a secure workplace. You will interact with individuals on site, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the facility.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol.
• Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points as required.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or actions taken during patrols according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
