As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site Patrol =- Full Time in Zeeland, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout the premises. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and foster a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with all individuals on site, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the food and beverage production environment to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site policies.
• Support emergency response efforts and follow established protocols during incidents or drills.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
