As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure and welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will also interact with the public, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while addressing inquiries or concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.
• Assist with access control and monitor entry points as required by site-specific policies.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with alarm panels is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
