As a Security Professional - Residential Site Patrol - Driver in Sugar Land, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more .

As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to create a secure environment within a residential community. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to residents and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the area using a company vehicle, requiring a valid driver's license. You will be the first point of contact for those in need of assistance, responding promptly and professionally to any security-related concerns. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, visitors, and property management as needed.
• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for positions that involve driving responsibilities.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
