Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Specialist to join our Downtown Chicago team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary proctor of New Employee Orientation (NEO), guiding new security professionals through their very first step with Allied Universal.
This is more than just orientation—it’s the start of a career journey. As the Onboarding Specialist, you will set the tone for our Security Professional Onboarding and Development program, ensuring each new hire feels confident, informed, and prepared for success.
Located in the heart of Chicago, IL (60601), this full-time, in-office position offers a chance to make a lasting impact while being part of a company committed to growth, innovation, and service excellence.
Compensation: $23.49/hour
