As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points, managing alarm panels, and coordinating responses to security-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include using computer systems or tablets to track activities, communicate with team members, and document events as they occur. You will help to deter unauthorized access and support the flow of operations by providing clear and timely information to both staff and visitors. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and coordinate communications for the site, dispatching personnel as needed to respond to incidents and/or requests within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with all relevant parties.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all dispatch activities, incidents, and communications as required by site protocols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any irregularities.
• Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with on-site personnel and relaying information as needed to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate with site management and Allied Universal supervisors regarding incidents, requests, and ongoing site conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
