As a Security Professional - Armed Site - Morning Shift in Kissimmee, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more .

As a valued member of the Allied Universal team supporting a government location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment for all staff, visitors, and the public. In this position, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and proactive approach. This is an armed and driving post, requiring you to carry out your duties with a high level of professionalism and responsibility. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication while upholding the values of integrity, teamwork, and reliability that define Allied Universal. Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must possess a valid armed guard card or license as required by state and/or local regulations.
• Must have at least two years of law enforcement, military, or corrections experience, or possess a college degree.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
