As a Security Professional - Access Control in Waddell, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage and more .

As a Security Professional with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will play a key role in access control, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and conducting routine patrols throughout the facility. You will remain highly visible to provide a reassuring presence and deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and incidents. This primarily driving post offers the opportunity to interact with a variety of individuals while utilizing technology such as alarm panels and access control systems. Job Schedule:

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or irregularities according to site procedures.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Support the maintenance of a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property within the food and beverage facility.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A valid guard card or license is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post and prior driving experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
