Security Guard | Kansas City, MO | $21.88 per hour | 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Security Guard to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This overnight-to-morning role runs from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM and pays a competitive $21.88 per hour. The ideal candidate will bring prior professional experience and be ready to take on responsibilities that require strong awareness, reliability, and independent decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background in protective services who is looking for steady hours and a respected position.

• Pay Rate: $21.88 per hour

• Schedule: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Location: Kansas City, MO

• Requirements: 2–3 years of Security Operations Center experience, or prior Law Enforcement or Military Service

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
