As a Security Professional - Access Control Patrol in Naples, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.

As a Security Officer specializing in access control, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment at a residential community location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting routine patrols throughout the property, and remaining highly visible to residents and visitors. You will be expected to provide outstanding customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, and communicate clearly with both residents and team members. Job Schedule:

Allied Universal is seeking a security professional to conduct patrol and access control at an upscale community in Naples.
The officer will check for any safety or security concerns while performing rounds and report as necessary. The officer will also check in visitors and vendors pursuant to established site post orders.\
Candidates must have a clean driving record.

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
